  • Does RTT work?

    Yes.

  • Will I be acting like a chicken during hypnosis?

    No. You have total control over your body and mind. You are simply in a state of relaxation and awareness. Don't believe everything you see on the TV.

  • I don't think I can be hypnotised.

    This is what most people say haha. You CAN. Have you ever driven somewhere and then thought to yourself "I don't even remember driving here?!" Or been so engrossed in a movie and the phone rings and you jump with a fright?! During both of these instances, you are in a state of hypnosis! You very likely go into hypnotic states multiple times each and every day.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    Usually 1 session per issue is sufficient but if you have some really deep seated issues/ wounds (like long term anxiety/ depression) , we may require another 1-2. I've never yet needed to give a client 3 sessions for the same issue though! 99% of the time, they see huge shifts after a single session.

  • When will I start to see the changes?

    There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

    1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session

      2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

      3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

    You may experience a combination of the three.
